Follow the registration instructions shown for that event. Some events may require a form, Eventbrite registration, payment, approval, application, or additional confirmation.
Your registration may not be complete until all required steps are finished.
Completing Your Registration After Eventbrite Purchase
If an event uses Eventbrite, complete the payment or registration process through Eventbrite first. After that, check your Eventbrite confirmation email and any follow-up message from CIBA Startups.
Some events may require an additional form, attendee information, application, waiver, media consent, or event-specific confirmation. Keep your confirmation email and review all instructions before attending.
Event Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rules may vary by event, ticket type, registration platform, and event-specific terms. If your registration was completed through Eventbrite or another third-party platform, you may need to request changes or refunds through that platform.
CIBA Startups events are intended for networking, informational, and community engagement purposes. Attendance does not guarantee business opportunities, partnerships, funding, investment, introductions, media exposure, or future program selection.
CIBA Startups may also deny entry or remove participants for inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, according to the applicable event terms.
